The Small Victories

There is no "I" in struggle

The Small Victories

Hey everyone, I hope you’re all well and good and have got some amazing plans for the weekend.

Today I want to talk about a small victory I have had.

So I touched on this in my last blog that my voices have started to come back.

So just before Christmas my psychosis started to come back. It wasn’t’ the terrible voices, it’s was my name being called, and someone laughing in my head.

My partner says I should go back to see my doctor.
And I mentioned it to someone I volunteer for and they said the same thing.

So when this had happened before, I wouldn’t of asked for help, this is a victory for me. I’ve reached out to the doctors surgery and I’ve got an appointment on the phone with a mental health practioner.

Please, if you’re struggling mentally, reach out to someone. I know it’s very hard, but if you make this first step that’s some of the battle won.

hank you for reading, have an amazing weekend.🧡❤🧡❤🧡
